Protecting the Confidentiality of Nonpublic Personal Financial Information
MicroFinancial Inc. and its subsidiaries, Leasecomm Corp. and TimePayment Corp. (collectively referred to as "we", "us", or "our"),

our businesses and our website. This policy applies to all consumers who
seek, and all customers who utilize our financial services primarily
